Mo Williams scored 21 points and Anderson Varejao added 18 points and eight rebounds for the Cavs, who got 17 points from Zydrunas Ilgauskas.
Chicago will resume its five-game homestand on Saturday and ended a two-game slide with Friday's 100-83 win over the Phoenix Suns.
Ben Gordon scored 23 points and rookie point guard Derrick Rose had 18 points to lead the way against the high-powered Suns. Gordon sank 8-of-13 from the field, including 4-of-8 three-pointers, and Tyrus Thomas had 14 points and seven rebounds in a winning effort.
The Bulls will also host Atlanta, Dallas and Indiana in the Windy City.
On the injury front for Chicago, guard Kirk Hinrich (thumb) is questionable against Cleveland.
Cleveland handed the Bulls a 107-93 setback at Quicken Loans Arena on Wednesday, but Chicago has won three of the last four matchups.
The Cavs have lost two in a row as the guest in this series.
